Where do you ship to?


We ship Australia wide! At this stage we're unable to ship internationally but we're always open to the idea! If there's something you'd like to have shipped internationally, please contact us at contact@thewillowcorner.com.au and we can see what can be done!




How much is shipping within Australia?


Shipping is calculated based on item weight and can be calculated during checkout. We ship using Australia Post for many of our smaller items. You will get a preview of the shipping charge in the checkout, so the best way to get an accurate idea is to add the items to your cart and begin the checkout process. You do not need to commit to buy in order to find the shipping fee. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please ensure you regularly check the email used when placing your order, as this is where all correspondence will be sent.




I just placed my order, when will my items ship?


As many of our orders are handmade and custom-made, please allow 1-2 weeks for your item to be created and posted. This allows us time to ensure your order looks fantastic when it arrives to you! If you need your product sooner than this, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing the order and we can definitely give you the most up to date information to ensure you're happy with the current processing time. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please ensure you regularly check the email used when placing your order, as this is where all correspondence will be sent.




How long will it take before I receive my order after it has been shipped?


We ship with Australia Post, please see below for recommended delivery times: For Domestic orders: For all orders going to SA approx. 2 - 5 Business days. Please let us know the issue you are having, and include a picture or video if possible! We will get back to you with a solution as soon as we can.

Are your products waterproof/weatherproofed?


For the majority of our products due to their indoor nature, they are shipped without any additional coating. There are however some specific products that we apply a weatherproof coating to and this will be mentioned on the product page itself.
